Real Wedding- Georgia & James
Georgia and James were married in a charming celebration of love on a Sunday afternoon in April at Lightspace.
The couple tied the knot with a beautiful exchange of life-long promises surrounded by family and friends in the warehouse space featuring simple wooden church style seating, complimented by rich greenery garlands and a traditional Moroccan rug. Guests were then treated to a delectable grazing table filled with cheeses and charcuterie delights.
The atmosphere was transformed when black drapes were pulled aside to reveal a lively market-style reception. Filled with food trucks, smooth tunes from a live funk band, and a vintage caravan bar serving bubbles, beer and cocktails, the charming and eclectic space featured an abundance of lush greenery paired with rustic wooden furniture, layers of Moroccan textiles, and industrial finishes.
A cozy corner filled with ornate vintage lounges provided an area to escape to when guests weren’t hitting the dance floor, highlighted by fabulous marquee letters. The room was adorned with an elaborate installation of hanging greenery, pot plants, and lights and an array of Australian native florals in tones of burgundy and red paired with silver gum foliage were scattered throughout the space.
The couple’s fun and unique style was perfectly fused with the venue’s urban warehouse aesthetic, setting the tone for an unforgettable night of laughter, delicious food and drinks, LOTS of dancing, and late night indulgence via the vintage style gelato cart that surprised guests.
Congratulations Georgia and James!
